Sorry, Lux, but that is the sky as we see it out here in the desert. I have an album full of sky pictures taken by friends that have the pricey cameras to do this type of sky. Same with the mountains. Why don't they look real?

external image of mountains is very low quality,the starry sky is not realistic it is a telescope photo,you would never see the sky with the naked eye like that for real,the light hitting the ground from the windows looks like it is reflecting on water

The light will hit the ground, since the trailer is not very high, like your car headlights hit the ground, wet or dry.

I may be stupid but I have a hard time understanding how the light of a caravan can reflect on the ground, except if there is a puddle or if the ground is soggy what is not the case here ...

There would be light on the ground but more diffused - some blur and opacity would work well for that.
