The lights of the city were already there. The car headlights look foggy, dark.

a lot of work went into this,I know it's not perfect but a lots of detail and generally much better than both your entries and you are nitpicking about the running lights on the trucks FFS what's next you can't see the windshield wipers !

If the lights on the right are pointing away, the back end of the cars in front would be more lit up.

How come the trucks on the left don't have their running lights on?

The headlights on the left are brighter than the cars on the right, same distance.

update with edit, took out line, also added some noise to the close up headlight beams to try and simulate texture of pavement on road and upped the brightnessd slightly to add some depth between the close and far cars

thanks very much for your advice, ooops didn't even see that line it's the edge of the cityscape image,as for the car headlight's I see what you mean I'll give the adjustment a go and as for the third point not too sure what you mean

The third suggestion is very minor. You obviously spent lots of time on the vehicles. A little more time of the foreground/background separation would go a long way. All of that being said, however, I think you have done a fantastic job and should b happy

the headlights. it's a tricky one because there are many techniques. Yours is very effective and looks great but some of the road texture is lost. perhaps masking and using curves adjustment instead of brushing light would be more effective.

There's a lot of time and work put into this. I can see it. So, I'm reluctant to critique, but if you will permit me, I have just 3 comments which may help in the future..1. Solid line across the sky. you have the skill. easily fixed. 2....
